We strongly recommend to seek help primarily to forums, so you can find assistance more quickly and get a comprehensive answer. If you have confirmed your password, you can also change automatic. If you haven't done that or that doesn't work, please report your account and email. Make sure that you tried to login to the right game world. Tip: To understand your idea as good as possible, please describe it in details. Also different analysis how it would change game, races, relative strengths would help. Most often it's also good idea to discuss the idea on Forums with other players. Please note that to complete a quest, it might take several minutes and possibly require a visit to the village screen.
Please read instructions about resource production and notes in FAQ. Assistant enables resource production calculation which describes how resources are working in your village. Orders for phone: Did you report time and code which you filled out at service when you phoned?
Please report all related information (date and time of payment, payment provider, phone number etc.) Forums also provide answers to many questions.
